Major Commercial are seeking new land sites to fulfill their development commitment. We will consider sites with, or without planning permission, and at any stage of the development process.

Sites must have the potential for 50+ units and unconditional purchases or subject to planning agreement deals can be negotiated quickly.

We will also consider larger strategic sites, that have the ability to deliver 500+ units under JV or promotional agreements.
