Sandeep Singh
Sandeep Singh is the Managing Director and is responsible for the day-to-day management of Major Commercial Property Limited and was responsible for leading on the funding and delivery of the Barking Road and Roomzzz Aparthotel scheme from land acquisition, securing planning consent and development and construction management of both projects.
Wayne Franklyn MRICS
Provides both Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Services and has over 30 years experience in leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to successful deliver a range of residential and mixed-use schemes, education and higher education buildings, retail and industrial building across the UK.
Daniel Anandie MRICS RTPI
Daniel oversees the Programme Management and day-to-day management of Contractors, Supply Chain, Finance and Reporting and the Project Managers. Daniel joined in September 2020 from Turner and Townsend where he worked in the Central and Local Government team on Office, Leisure and Regeneration projects.
David Hadley / Major HA
Overview and scrutiny of Major Commercial Development activities with respect to projects being delivered on behalf of Major Housing Association is carried out by David Hedley, who is the Board lead on Development and Asset Management.
